STAT DNA Testing Center – Terms and Conditions

By using services from STAT DNA Testing Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before booking an appointment.

1. Services Offered

• We provide DNA testing services including paternity, relationship, and wellness testing.
• Tests are for informational or legal purposes based on the package selected.

2. Payment Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of testing.

3. No Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable, including deposits and final balances

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
• Missed or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Legal Testing Requirements

• Legal tests require valid government-issued ID at the time of testing.
• Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian and proper documentation.

6. Test Results

• Results are typically available within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery is via secure email unless otherwise arranged.

7. Confidentiality

• Your information and results are kept confidential and shared only with authorized individuals.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays, misinterpretation, or decisions based on test results.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates agreement.
